Development of Study on Effects to Hydrogen Storage Alloys by Cu

The properties of hydrogen storage alloys improved by Cu are reviewed.The effect of Cu on preparation of the alloy,coating,and the additive of the electrode is discussed.It shows that the pulverization and oxidation of the alloys is efficiently prevented by Cu.As a result,the cycle life of alloys is increased.The electrochemical property of electrode is also improved by Cu.
