Research Progress in the Catalysts for the Asymmetric Hydrogenation

The asymmetric catalytic method is the most efficient and economic way to get chiral compounds, and the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction is the major method.The catalysts for the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction in C=C,C=O,C=N are described simply,including homogeneous catalysts,heterogeneous catalysts and amorphous catalysts.The conversion and selectivity of asymmetric hydrogenation reaction are discussed,and the research emphasis of the filed for the future is also suggested.
