Recent Development on Detection Pre-treatment of Quaternary Ammonium Salts Pesticide Residue

Quaternary ammonium pesticides which belong to strongly alkaline,polar organic compounds,are easy to remain in the environment.The traditional liquid-liquid extraction method is difficult to trace the residues in complex matrices purification enrichment,and detection of residues has been the difficulty of pre-treatment.In recent years,the solid-phase extraction adsorbent material constantly update with the development of solid-phase extraction, taking the place of the liquid-liquid extraction method gradually,and the former has been the mainly applied pre-treatment method in detecting the quaternary pesticide residues.The various types of pre-treatment methods concerning the matrix quaternary pesticide are comprehensively overviewed.The properties,advantages and disadvantages of solidphase extraction materials are mainly analyzed and discussed.The comprehensive analysis and elaboration of significant aspects concerning the pre-treatment method in solid-phase extraction are also involved.
