In Suit Electrochemical Deposition of Manganese Oxide and Its Electrochemical Performance

In 1 M H2 SO4 solution the range from 0 Vto 2.0 Vvs.SCE voltage scanned for Cyclic voltammograms(CV),get with the active site of functionalization of carbon electrode materials,CV and chronopotentiometry(CP)tests after functionalization of carbon electrode electrochemical activity has improved significantly.Supercapacitor electrode materials with manganese oxide(MnO_2)as the research background,the surface functionalization of carbon materials in situ electrochemical preparation of MnO_2 electrode.In 0.05 mol/L,0.1 mol/L,0.15 mol/L,0.2 mol/L,0.25 mol/L of the concentrations of the preparation of manganese acetate 0.05 M-MnO_2、0.1 M-MnO_2、0.15 M-MnO_2、0.2 M-MnO_2、0.25 M-MnO_2.By FT-IR and XRD for characterizing the structure of the MnO_2,the absorption peak at 547.21 cm-1 is assigned to Mn-O.The band at 1637.61 cm-1 in the form of physical adsorption of water on the material of the-OH,the absorption peak at 1421.46 cm-1 is the chemical adsorption of-OH in water exists in the form of the MnO_2·nH2 O.XRD results show that MnO_2 low level for the crystallization of amorphous structure.By scanning electron microscope images,0.05 M-MnO_2 electrode has a larger specific surface area,specific surface area larger structure promotes the storage of the electrolyte,thus effeccitively improve the stotage perfoemance of the electrode materials.In 0.5 mol/L Na2 SO4 solution for CV,AC impedance(EIS)and CP testing,0.05 M-MnO_2 showed the strongest electrochemical activity,the best of the capacitors performance,specific capacitance is 575 F/g.
