Research on Fretting Damage Mechanism and Protective Measures of Aluminum Cable Steel Reinforced

Fretting-damage is a main failure from in the aluminum cable steel reinforced(ACSR)transmission line.In the long-term use of the process,fretting wear and corrosion accelerate the failure of the ACSR,which caused a huge security risk.In this paper,the research status of fretting damage of ACSR at home and abroad is reviewed,the damage mechanism is discussed,the reasonable protection method of fretting-damage is discussed,and some problems to be studied and explored are put forward.
