Study on Low Phosphorus Electroless Ni-P and Wear Resistance

Through lots of experiments with single factors like complexing agent citric acid,temperature,pH value and sodium hypophosphite,the author studied the effects of the above four single factors on deposition rate,porosity,the content of P,corrosion potential respectively by orthogonal experiment method and got four different formulations.The range analysis method was adopted by the author to analyze the main order of influences of each factor.This paper analyzed the crystal structure and surface morphology of the low-phosphorus plating through XRD and SEM and studied abrasive resistance and microhardness of the low-phosphorus plating and finally found the relationship between the abrasive resistance and microhardness of Ni-P low-phosphorus plating.
