Study on the Dynamic Mech Anical Properties of Concrete Multi Size Polypropylene Fiber Based on SHPB Test

Two kinds of polypropylene fine fibers and one kind of polypropylene crude fiber were used to prepare 9 kinds of concrete samples with different fiber content ratio.Variable cross section large-size separation of Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)was used to study the effect of different fiber content on the impact resistance of concrete under the action of 0.4 MPa impact air pressure,the test results are fitted based on Z-W-T damage constitutive model.The results show that the single blending of coarse fibers can improve the integrity of concrete and can improve the impact resistance before concrete failure.The single fine fiber is mainly to improve the impact resistance of concrete after breaking,and the mixed fiber concrete can improve the impact resistance at all times,of which the effect of multi-size mixed fiber is the best.
