THE CURSE OF BELIEF REASONING IN 3-5 YEARS CHILDREN

The experiment was conducted to investigate the children′s status of reasoning belief. 90 children ages from 3 to 5 participted in this study. The directors of the experiment were the score of judgment and the score of the explanation. The result showed that children′s reasoning about other′s belief was influenced by the individual′s own belief. The children exhibited egotism that the performance was better when the belief of the children and others were similar, which consist with the hypothesis of representation-not-attached.
