Numerical analysis of deep foundation pit support scheme in walnut gate lead Zinc Silver Polymetallic Mine in Luanchuan County

The surrounding environment of deep foundation pit project is very complicated in walnut gate lead Zinc Silver Polymetallic Mine in Luanchuan county. The foundation pit support scheme with more economical composite soil nailing wall and three shaft mixing pile is adopted. The deepest pit excavation depth of 14.8m, beyond the scope of the recommended standard of soil nailing wall, for the technical feasibility of the payment scheme, this paper uses numerical method based on finite element on the supporting scheme and the excavation process was simulated. In addition, the monitoring data of the project is compared with the numerical simulation results, which further verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the numerical method to demonstrate the supporting scheme of the foundation pit, and expects to serve as a reference for similar projects.
