Determination of non ferrous elements in soil by ICP-MS

By microwave digestion using nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid system on soil samples, diluted to fixed volume by collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and ICP-MS of national standard material GBW07403, GBW07404, GBW07428 multi elements determination, the relative standard deviation of 0.63% ~ 3.35%, the recovery rate in 95.3% ~ 101.1% the standard speed, the method of determination of fast, high accuracy and good precision. It is a reliable and efficient method for the analysis of multiple elements in soil samples.
