Determination of lead content in antimony high lead ore based on EDTA volumetric method

At present, using the national standard method to detect lead content in antimony high lead ore has not been able to meet the industrial demand at this stage. For this purpose, this paper proposes to determine the lead content of antimony high lead ore based on EDTA capacity method. This method adopts mixed acid dissolving, adding tartaric acid complex of antimony and bismuth interference elements, into PH5.5-6 lead acetate in acetic acid sodium acetate buffer solution, lead sulfate, two with xylenol orange as indicator, the EDTA method for determination of lead content. Through the optimization of steps, the standard of lead content in antimony high lead ore which conforms to the industrial refining standard has been basically achieved. After comparing with reference material, the result is in conformity with the recommended value.
