The research and application of mathematical model for straight-grate pellet thermal system

In order to solve the problem of straight-grate pellet calculation, we use the thermal balance and resistance balance of process section as basic, built and solved the multivariatemultiple equation,then invented the mathematical model for straight-grate pellet thermal system,which can apply to variedpellet material. Use the production date of Jing Tang plant to carry out model verification. From the result that we can know: the error rate of model can lower than 10%, and the calculate speed can be enhanced extremely.
