A Tentative Discussion on Metallogenic Stages of the Zhuxi W-Cu Polymetallic Deposit in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province

LUO Lu-chuan;TANG Wei;LIU Zheng;No.912 Geological Surveying Team, Jiangxi Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development;
The Zhuxi W-Cu polymetallic deposit is a recently discovered giant deposit in the northeastern Jiangxi Province, which is closely associated with Yanshanian magmatism. The orebodies are distributed within the Yanshanian granitoid, as well as in the contact zone between the granitoid and carbonates. Mineralization in this deposit is characterized by multi phase, multi stage, the ore-forming process can be divided into five metallogenic periods: magmatite period, skarn period, quartz-sulfide period, carbonate period and supergene oxidation period.
