Effect of Multi Stage Aging Process on Microstructure and Properties of Aluminum Alloy for Automobile Wheel Hub

The rotating blowing air purifying preparation A356 aluminum alloy automobile hub materials, microstructure analysis, hardness test, tensile test of automobile hub Aluminum Alloy material ageing process after the aging process, effects of multi research on organization and performance of automobile hub Aluminum Alloy materials. The results show that: the multistage aging process can improve the performance of aluminum alloy the automobile hub material refined effectively when the solution temperature is 540 ℃ +4 h insulation, pre aging temperature is 100 540 ℃, change the coarse dendrite to α-Al grains and small spherical crystal, morphology of eutectic silicon is improved, the alloy exhibits good mechanical performance.
