Research and Application on Low-temperature and High-efficient Flotation Collector for a Fluorite Ore

In order to deal with the low solubility and dispersivity, high energy consumption of oleic acid at room temperature,a low-temperature flotation reagent of fluorite was studied.With an Inner Mongolia fluorite as the experimental sample, fluorite and impure minerals were separated effectively at 5-10℃ was realized by using new reagent YS103,which is the effective collecter of fluorite.The paper studied the flotation performance of YS103,and bench-scale tests and Industrial application test were carried out with YS103,which insteads of oleic acid,we achieved good dressing index without elevating temperature.
