Application and practice of pulse welding technology for metal material in power plant

With the development of the times, the pulse welding process of metal materials in power plants began to spread. Pulse welding is formed by strong current pulse welding technology, the principle is in reasonable quantity and appropriate welding angle to the welding pressure, welding between the metal at room temperature, the technology of such complex methods, it has high requirement for the technical content of welding and discharge capacity. In this paper, the pulse welding process of metal materials in power plant is systematically studied through the analysis of process parameters and the combination of numerical and experimental methods. By analogy method, combined with the research status of pulse welding at home and abroad, the application of pulse welding technology of power plant metal material in practical life is analyzed.
