Effect of Al_2O_3 content on the properties of carbon nanotubes reinforced Cu matrix composites

The use of the magnetic stirring method(MS) and mechanical alloying(MA) and spark plasma sintering(SPS) and backup material model, and the corresponding carbon nanotube(CNTs) to improve the effect of Cu composite properties of samples for effective study. The results show that the wear degree of the Cu based composite material decreases to 70.9%-85.7% compared with the pure Cu, while the corresponding hardness of Vivtorinox increases to 11.6%-24.5%. The comprehensive effect of material when adding 1.6% Al_2O_3 and 1.0%CNTs when the strongest configuration out.
