Key Factors Influencing Design and Pavement Performance of WRAM Materials

In order to figure out the key influencing factors on the pavement performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture(WRAM),the orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the issue,and the variance analysis was conducted to assess the significant impact of the key factors.The experimental results show that the additive amount of RAP and warm mixing agent have great impact on the moisture susceptibility and high-temperature stability of WRAM,while TAP content and RAP particle composition on the low temperature anti-cracking performance of WRAM.It is suggested that RAP content be 45%,warm mixing agent 2%,and the RAP particle composition 5-10 mm to achieve the optimal high-temperature stability and moisture susceptibility,and 15%,2% and 0-5 mm respectively for the optimum low temperature anti-cracking performance and moisture susceptibility.
