Supporting Force Calculation for Rock Slope of Out-dip Structural Plane

Based on the analysis of the calculation method for the supporting force design of the rock slope of out-dip structural plane,the existing problems and shortcomings in the lateral rock pressure method and the slip force increasing method(Fst T) are pointed out,and the calculation method based on slope's buckling safety factor.According to the case analysis and numerical calculation,the recommended calculation method is proved clear and in line with the concept of strength reduction method,easier to be understood and applied.The calculated supporting force meets the safety reserve stipulated in the code and saves the slope treatment cost while ensuring safety.
