The transformation of the traditional media into the new media and the convergence development of the media have brought great challenges to the traditional news practical teaching. The new media application based on the Internet and social media requires that news communication talents must have excellent cross-media communication skills, and the media convergence and Internet thinking require them beyond the traditional single combat mode with team spirit and comprehensive coordination ability. After several years of exploration, the practical curriculum reform for specialties in Chongqing Journalism School has constructed the teaching model based on the real tasks and the real evaluation.Taking the collaborative planning of the Propaganda Department and the school as characteristics, and the "1+1" joint guidance of the professional teachers and the industrial supervisors throughout the model, students set up the project team on their own and complete the real interview tasks on the ground, which effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the practice teaching and fully trains the students' comprehensive combat ability in the real environment. In the context of the joint construction of the Department and the school to vigorously promote and the convergence development of the local media, this is an idea worth referencing and promoting.
