Application of Formation Element Logging in the Shale Gas Interpretational Evaluation

Elemental logging technology can be applied to accurately identify the mineral composition and content in complex lithology reservoir,compared with conventional logging to identify complex mineral composition.The oxygen closed model and the mineral volume content calculation model are set up through the further research of elements logging data processing technology.Calculation method suitable for shale gas complex lithology inversion of mineral content is also proposed.Processing software is developed,which is widely used in the evaluation of shale gas logging interpretation with good geological effect.
