Porphyrin Chitosan/Carbon Nanotubes(PCCNTs) Composite Membrane Preparation and Application

Colorimetric array acquires a substraction differntiate map based on porous hydrophobic embrane(PVDF)with color generation,which is applied in disease diagnosis of inspired and expired air from patients.However,it exists inferior reproducibity caused the reagent's uncontroled diffusion on substrate.This study utilizes sol-gel method for preparation of thin film composed of porphrinfunctionalzed chitosan/carbon nanotube(PCCNTs) composite.Compared with ordinary PVDF film,the CHS film is only 0.2 mm thick with excellent transpparency as well as some extent hydrophobic characteriscs.This holds the hope for overcoming the problems both solution random diffusion on the substrate surface and boundary effect of substraction artifacts after imaging.
