The breakthrough and innovation of the agricultural technology are the driving forces of fast development of the agricultural economy.The backward management system of agricultural economy in our country and the low transferring rate of technological outcomes constrain the innovation of the agricultural technology and hinder the re- alization of the harmonious society.China should found a perfect innovative and operating system of the agricultural technology and quicken the development of the agricultural technology to raise the ability of innovating agricultural technology,providing the technological driving force for developing the agriculture and the rural economy and building the harmonious society.
