The Drawbacks and Reform Plan of the Procedure System in the Investigation of Official Occupational Crimes in China

Although the system of investigating official occupational crimes has undergone revisions since the found- ing of our country,to strike a balance between fighting against crimes and protecting human rights,the further re- form of the procedure system in the investigation of official occupational crimes in China is of much importance when the idea of procedure is gradually welcomed in the legal environment of the whole society.The procedure sys- tem in the investigation of official occupational crimes including the dual-track investigation system,which is com- patible to the trial procedures,should be established.
