Rural Environment Protection: A Case Study of Local Law

Environmental issues have become increasingly prominent in rural areas.A lot of people advocate that we shall fill the legislative gaps in rural environmental protection,but in my opinion we should recognize the particularity of the vast rural areas of environmental conditions and the diversity in every rural area in China.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation and problem of rural environmental protection under the existing legal resources,I come to realize that the local rules with greater feasibility and effectiveness in current practice of the rural environmental protection.So it is necessary to integrate resources of local law to meet the rural environment protection,at the same time we can make the Village Rules play the maximize value in environmental protection.
