China Cultural Interaction and Service System of the Silk Road Economy Belt

Culture is the comprehensive embodiment of strength.Structuring cultural interaction and service system turnning towards the Silk Road Economy Take is an important content in spirit link,economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges,as well as an effective way to promote the Silk Road Economy Belt construction.For China,who dominants structuring the Silk Road Economy Belt,first,must construct exoteric cultural interaction and service system adapting to the Silk Road Economy Belt construction,at the same time,put it as an important content of cultural system reform.Second,must perfect its institutional measures.Third,must strengthen its function.Finally,must adhere to using advanced culture to lead its system and mechanism innovation.
