Administrative Management System Reform from the Perspective of Shared Development:Taking Chongqing as An Example

Pan Yong;
Promoting shared development at the regional level refers to making efforts to narrow the urban-rural gap,the regional gap, the gap between the rich and the poor. Since municipality directly under the central government,Chongqing has introduced a series of innovative measures about the shared development and formed a framework of efficiency first and fair consideration. We should handle the relationship between government and market in the reform of the administrative system, handle the relationship between efficiency and fairness in economic and social development, and handle the relationship of common prosperity and sharing together in the people's livelihood development, which can effectively narrow the gap between the urban-rural areas and the different regions, keep down the trend of widening the gap between the rich and the poor, and provideuseful experience for the reform of the administrative system in china.
