ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS OF LUNG CANCERIN CHONGQING: A case-control study

:According to the design of 1: 2matching,we conduceda case-control study of primary lung cancer in respect to the risk factors in Chongqing. Statistical analysis was performed using singer variable and conditional Logistic regression model. Confirming the relation between smoking and lung cancer, the results show that passive smoking is an important risk factor in women and psychic factor plays an important role in pathogenesis of lung cancer, the other risk factor is chronic bronchitis. Therefore, improving microclimate con- dition of room is important in preventing lung cancer.
