THE IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTIONS IN PATIENTSWITH APLASTIC ANEMIA

Gao Dan et alThe Second People's Hospital of Chongqing
:Fifteen immunologic parameters were measured in 70 patients with aplastic anemia and in healthy controls. The results showed that absolute value of lymphocytes(LCAV),the percentage of monocytes (MC%),OKTs,OKT4/OKT8, E - RFC, IgG, IgA, IgM were markedly decreased in aplastic anemia group and the percentage of lymphocytes in bone marrow (BLC%), OKT8, serum C3, CH50, and circulating immune com- plexes(CIC) were significantly decreased in aplastic anemia group compared with those in control group. There were no significant differnces between two groupe in respect for OKT, and lymphocyte transformation rate (LTR). The siginificance of these changes in immunologic function in patients with aplastic anemia and the re- lation between these changes and typing of aplastic anemia are discussed.
