General Discussion on the Development of Rural Adult Education Teachers in the Context of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Precision Poverty Alleviation is a creative and strategic thinking which in line with the basic national conditions of our country. It is also a transformation and innovation of new ideas on Poverty Alleviation in the period of Social Transformation. "The primary cause of poverty among the poor is the backwardness of education and the quality of the population. "Beyond any doubt,"Education out of Poverty"is one of the basic ways of Precision Poverty Alleviation. However,the foundation and premise of Precision Poverty Alleviation is to promote the development of Rural Adult Education Teachers and to build a contingent of qualified teachers. At present,there are still some predicaments in the development of Rural Adult Education Teachers,such as shortage of teachers,lack of professional knowledge,lack of professional skills and so on. Then this paper puts forward some strategies in order to promote the development of Poverty Alleviation in Education and to realize the strategic conception of precision poverty relief,such as establishing the laws and regulations of continuing education,constructs the teaching staff,givies play to the role of professional guidance,perfects the knowledge structure and so on. And these will be helpful to the construction and development of new socialist countryside in the new era.
