3D Numerical Simulation Analysis on Design and Construction of Pre-stressed Anchor Cable Bitten Pile Supporting of Deep Foundation Pit

Taking the foundation pit supporting project of Tianshui City Chengji Underground Wastewater Treatment Plant as the background, the 3 D finite element method is used for the 3D numerical simulation analysis on the supporting structure and construction process of pre-stressed anchor cable bitten pile. The article firstly considers various constructing conditions and complex environments, and establishes the 3 D finite element calculation model. Based on the equivalent stiffness principle during modeling, the joint stress enclosure system of bitten pile plus combined steel middle beam is replaced by underground diaphragm wall. The article compares the over-excavation condition conforming to the practical condition with the normal construction of no-excavation condition, and analyzes the adverse effect of over-excavation on the sidesway of enclosing structure, deformation of foundation pit and variation of anchor cable tensile force. The study result achieves the data change rules of enclosing structure deformation, bending moment and anchor cable tensile force in the excavation process of foundation pit,which can be referred for the design and construction of foundation pit in this type of enclosing structure.
