Design of Structural Health Monitoring System of Utility Tunnel in Coastal Rich Water Soft Soil Area

The most of the utility tunnels in Lianyungang are in the rich water soft soil area, and are faced with serious disease risk in operation. Taking the design of the structural health monitoring system of the utility tunnel(Phase I) in Xuwei New Area as an example, the article studies the key technical problems in the design of the structural health monitoring system of the utility tunnel in the rich water soft soil area, determines the monitoring should be based on uneven settlement, joint open section and section torsion as the key monitoring items, establishes the focus on river crossing node, road crossing node, section change and tunnel node as the key monitoring sections, builds the FBG optical fiber sensing system frame, and puts forward the pre-warning value and control index of structural monitoring alarming based on the three-level pre-warning.
