The Connotation of Inclusiveness and Its Inspiration to Urban Planning in China

Under the background of increasingly prominent social conflicts in the process of rapid urbanization,the topic of " inclusive" transformation in the social dimension of urban planning disciplines has been initiated fierce discussions in the academic world. This article firstly reveals the " inclusive" connotation of the Chinese " Renyi" thought,then releases which of the " New Urban Agenda released by Habitat Ⅲ" in international layer,and then considers the values of inclusiveness of China urban planning based on the perspectives of humanism and justice. Finally,it proposes suggestions on the future of urban planning in China from the aspects of system,management,preparation and education under the enlightenment of inclusive values,so as to provide reference for the transformation of social dimension of urban planning subject in China.
