Analysis and Management Countermeasures of Introduced Teachers' Scientific Research in Application-oriented Colleges

Taking the introduced teachers with doctoral degrees or titles of or above associate professors in Changshu Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016 as samples, this paper explores their performances in research projects, publication of papers and obtaining of patents based on the analysis of their initial research, age structure and entry duration. Some countermeasures are proposed such as strengthening the high-level teachers' introduction, enhancement of their development, reinforcing the cultivation of them and setting up the management and service system of their scientific research.
