The fiber bragg grating sensors for monitoring prestress of the concrete located at anchor position

Many disadvantages using traditional monitoring methods,such as poor stability,no distributed measure and short measure range were not overcome,especially when structure of prestress wire was special and its working characters was complex.The optical fiber bragg grating sensing system located at anchor position was founded and the optical fiber bragg grating sensor for the prestress wire of the concrete was studied based on the merit of optical fiber Bragg grating.The experimental results indicate that this sensor has good reproducibility and high precision,and that it can be used to monitor prestress at anchor position.
