Influential factors on the stakeholders' attitude to the redevelopment of urban village:a case study of Shangbu Village of Shenzhen City

This essay adopts the data from a survey conducted in Shangbu Village of Shenzhen City in 2016 to examine the urban development willingness of four kinds of stakeholders and its determinants.The results show that the aborigines in the urban village have a strong desire to redevelop the urban village,while the immigrants,self-employed people in the urban village and the companies in the office building near the urban village hold the attitude of"have no idea",showing the characteristics of collective unconsciousness.Regression results show that the attitude to the redevelopment of urban village of the aborigines is related to whether his family has room for rent,his appetite for risk and self-assessment;The willingness of the redevelopment of urban village of the immigrants is related to gender,education level,living form,rent increment,community evaluation and self-evaluation.Rent burden and the rent increment affect the self-employed people's attitude to the redevelopment of urban village.
