Constructing of Evaluation Index System About In-Service Test of Command and Control Equipment System on Grey Relational Degree

Based on improving the grey correlation degree,the structure method of index system for inservice test of command and control equipment system was established,given the characteristics of the method of grey correlation degree focuses on data instead of practicality on establishing index system. In view of the basic concepts and examination contents of in-service test of command and control equipment system,the initial evaluation index system has been established. The evaluation index system and index ranking for each period were ascertained,using the grey correlation degree model to optimize the initial evaluation system and using the Delphi method to validate and simplify the results of the correlation analysis. By combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,eliminating the indexes which have poor correlation with the assessment target and merging repetition index,the index system for in-service test of command and control equipment system was obtained. Finally,the practicality and validity of the model are verified by examples.
