Study on BIM Model of the Underground Engineering Maintenance and Management Based on Three-Dimensional Laser Scanning Technology

The level of maintenance and management of underground engineering directly affects the security of national defense construction. Aiming at the problems of the low degree of informationization and poor efficiency in the process of current maintenance management,the creation and application of BIM model based on 3D laser scanning technology are proposed. The 3D laser scanning technology and BIM technology are applied to the informationalized construction of the maintenance and management. Through the analysis of different scanning principles,we studied the applicability of 3D laser scanning technology.Besides,based on the reconstruction of BIM model and the definition of attribute information,the framework and main functional requirements of the maintenance and management are analyzed. It willgreatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the maintenance and management for a informationized,accurate,and intensive underground engineering construction.
