Interaction Between Grains in the Fe/Pt/Cu Granular Thin Film

The Fe/Pt/Cu granular thin films with different thickness were analyzed in Isothermal Remanent Magnetization(IRM) and DC Demagnetization remanent(DCD) measurements.IRM and DCD curves were also compared with the Stoner-Wohlfarth model.When the maximum field reached 15000Oe,it is found that stronger interaction and larger remanence magnetization were obtained as the thickness of the film was increased.As a result,we conclude that the stronger interaction between grains can reduce remance and enhance coercivity of the Fe/Pt/Cu granular film.
