Super-Hydrophobic Functional Materials for SERS Detection of Illegal Additives in Food

In this study, a layer of polymer film was evenly coated on copper surface using the polymer photolithography method,and stepwise modification was performed by gradually eluting the polymer. Finally, a superhydrophobic SERS detection platform that can be used for illegal addition in food is obtained through chemical modification. The experiment mainly used the contact angle measuring instrument to characterize the contact angle, bouncing and surface self-cleaning function of the material surface. At the same time, the enhanced effect of crystal violet signal on the hydrophobic surface was evaluated by using SERS technology, and the detection of trace rhodamine 6 G was successfully achieved.
