Carbon dioxide capture and storage technology(CCS) an important technology for future mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions,CCS demonstration and promotion attached a lot of highlights on a global scale.However, because of the lack of clear laws and regulations severely hampered CCS technology, From the international,regional and national levels to examine the status of CCS technology and its response to the legislative approach,To develop effective CCS for our laws and regulations provide a useful reference and promote our country's goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
