The Processing Technology of the White Tea Taimu Yinzhen

The paper elaborates the manufacturing history and quality characteristics of Taimu Yinzhen.It summarizes the picking method,processing technology of tea fresh leaves and crude tea.The processing includes two steps that are withering and drying.The processing of crude tea includes six steps that are shaking sieve,winnowing,flat screen,stalk separation,packing and crating.
