Establishing and Implementing HACCP System for Export Tea Enterprises

Applications of HACCP system in China are from 1990.After decades of popularization and application,HACCP system has been widely applied to seven categories of export food production enterprises.This system has achieved good effects on improving the quality management level of export food production enterprises and ensuring the safety of exported food.However,there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the applications of HACCP system in export-oriented enterprises,especially in tea enterprises.These problems,some of which are common,influence the effect of the system.According to the practical work,this article analyzed and summarized the current situation and existing problems of applications of HACCP system in export tea enterprises,proposed measures to solve the problems,and put forward the opinions on establishment of HACCP plans,especially the determination of CCP point.It provided reference for better application of HACCP system.
