Study of the Dust Problem of the Tea Refining Process

In this paper,we summarize the definition and characteristics of tea dust,based on the dust formation mechanism and influencing factors,analyzing the tea dust formation and potential hazards with each device of the tea refining process.And we propose that making a deep study on the physical properties of tea dust to rationally design of pipe inclination,conveyor speed,the doors and windows etc.8 characters prevention and control measures should be based on the actual situation,especially focusing on the study of technological innovation,ventilation,process optimization and dedusting equipment innovation.Combining the various steps of the refining tea process,online dynamic monitoring and appropriate tea dust removal equipment are required.Relevant government departments should set control standard about the tea dust problem.This paper provides reference to the study of the dust problem of the tea refining process.
