Advanced Study on Fluorine Enrichment and Control in Tea

Some tea was found to be high content of fluoride in China.It has been obstacle for the development of tea industry.In recent years,many researchers have discuss on factors of influence fluoride accumulation in tea plant,such as tea plant variety,soil,atmosphere,source of water,fertilizer.Fluoride content and leaching pattern in different tea have also been discussed.To reduce the body intake fluoride from tea,we can breed low fluoride tea varieties,improve the cultivation environment,increase the tenderness of fresh leaves,and change processing techniques and the way of tea drinking.Various measures of reducing fluoride have both advantages and disadvantages.Single measure has limitations.In order to provide viewpoints for study on the measures of reducing fluoride in tea and de-fluoride tea exploitation,we comb the study of fluoride accumulation and control in tea plant.
