Study on Processing Property of Different Tea Cultivars for Enshi Yulu Green Tea

Shoots from cultivars Longjin43, Zhenong117, Fuyun No 6 and Enshi local variety were used as materials to investigate the tea cultivars processing property of Enshi Yulu Green Tea. The result indicated that the tea sample made of Longjing43 had the best comprehensive quality followed by Zhenong117. The tea sample made of Enshi local variety appeared mixed color. The Enshi Yulu Green Tea made of shoots of Fuyun No 6 had weak tatse and aroma.
