Effect of multiple-effect-triazole on growth characters of tall fescue

YANG Zhi-min, LI Zhi-hua, SHEN Yi-xin, ZHU Hong-gang (College of Animal Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing 210095,China)
In order to study the effect of multiple-effect-triazole (MET) on the growth speed of tall fescue, three different concentrations (0.8?1.0 and 1.3 mg/g) of MET were sprayed on the leaf of tall fescue lawn. The results showed that all three concentrations restrained the growth of the tall fescue above-ground. At the dosage of 1.0 mg/g, the grass density, number of tiller were increased, but chlorophyll content was decreased. However, at the dosage of 1.3 mg/g, the growth speed and cutting quantity were declined.
