The Study of Coal Mine Safety Worker Incentive Strategy

The resources of coal mine safety workers and status are analyzed,the encouragement strategies which include economics welfare encouragement,importance meet encouragement and enterprise culture encouragement are given,it is important to solve the problems of lacking safety management worker in coal mine.
