The Characteristics of South Korea Human Resource Management and Enlightenment

As an emerging nation-industrialized countries,Korean companies have played a vital role during the rapid development of the economy,and the success of Korean companies have an inevitable relation to its excellent human resource management.This paper points out features of Korean human resource management and its reference for china based on analyzing the Korean enterprise human resource management.
