Temporal and Spatial Analysis of Land Use Structure in Shenzhen

Based on the land use change data of Shenzhen in 2009 and 2014,the analysis of its land use structure and its spatial layout is beneficial to realize the rational and open use of regional land. The spatial and temporal characteristics of land use structure in10 districts of Shenzhen City were analyzed by using various indexes and models from the aspects of comprehensive utilization of land use,combination type and regional significance. The results show that the area of industrial and mining land and cultivated land in the study area has increased,but the overall change is not big and the trend is slowing down. There are some differences among the districts. The overall type of structure is weak,the combination of urban areas and industrial and mining land and forest land,relatively regular and intensively distributed,led the land use change in Shenzhen City; degree of change,the overall composite index is higher and increased,indicating that the use of high and in sustainable development,but the district Between the level of different levels; regional significance in the regional land class performance is not the same and little change. Conclusion: The contradiction between supply and demand in the study area is still prominent,the situation is obvious,the inter-regional land use structure is obviously different,the regional development coordination is not enough,and the layout is needed to be optimized.
